Entered using a month/day/year format (the order may
be changed in IQmark Configuration settings). Enter
two digits for month and date, and four digits for the
year. The IQmark Diagnostic Workstation program
uses this data to calculate the age of the patient.

is not listed, if you do not know the patient‟s race, or if
they are of multiracial origin, select the race as
identified by the patient.
